Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications. This role combines the responsibilities of managing investor relations with developing and executing corporate communications strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, while also driving effective communication strategies to enhance our corporate image and stakeholder engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial and corporate information to investors and analysts.
- Coordinate and manage investor meetings, calls, and events.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards in all investor communications.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Create, edit, and distribute press releases, annual reports, newsletters, and other corporate materials.
- Manage media relations, including responding to inquiries and proactively pitching stories to media outlets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communications.
- Plan and execute communication campaigns for major corporate events and announcements.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute investor relations and corporate communication strategies.
- Provide strategic counsel on communication matters to the leadership team.
- Develop and manage the budget for investor relations and corporate communications activities.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, investors, media, and the general public.
- Organize and lead internal and external stakeholder events and presentations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives.
