Description:
Growtheum Capital Partners is seeking a highly motivated team-oriented VP - Director to join our Investor Relations team. The role encompasses content creation, data management and investor relations, among other responsibilities.
This position will be based in Singapore.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in placement agent, investment consultant or investment firms, preferably in a private equity or investment banking environment.
- Able to communicate in business Japanese or/and Korean
- Prior experience in dealing with institutional investors and family offices from Japan and/or Korea
- Demonstrated commercial and sales-oriented writing evidenced in private placement memoranda and pitch books, along with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify potential investors and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, presentations, and other materials for capital raising initiatives.
- Support the due diligence process by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data and investment performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- Participate in the coordination and execution of investor meetings and events.
- Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on capital formation activities.
- Assist in Fund set up and structuring
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining and improving processes and systems used to monitor investor interaction and investment activity
