Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with current and potential shareholders, analysts and other stakeholders about the company’s financial performance, strategy and opportunities as well as about the development pipeline
  • Respond to investor and analyst inquiries; ensure alignment within the Finance department and with other departments such as Legal, Research and Development
  • Develop and foster relations with corporate access teams and brokers by organizing roadshows
  • Representing the company in investor meetings and conferences
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial disclosure, including timely and accurate reporting
  • Manage the realization of SIX-compliant annual/half-year financial reports
  • Prepare earnings releases, scripts, Q&As and investor decks for earnings announcements, investor meetings and roadshows
  • Plan and execute the company’s Annual General Meeting and other investor events, such as Capital Market Days, including the preparation of speeches and presentations
  • Review analysts’ reports and models on analyst recommendations, price targets, consensus data, shareholder structure and share price development, and provide reports to the company’s senior management and Board of Directors; identify potential shareholders
  • Support the continuous development and implementation of the Investor Relation (IR) strategy and develop investor material to convey that strategy
  • Prepare the IR budget
