Job Description
YepHome has ambitious growth plans, particularly as we’re currently going after our Series A funding. You will be responsible for developing and implementing investor relations strategies and programs to effectively communicate the company’s financial performance, business strategy, and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related role within the finance industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and investor relations best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex financial information into clear and concise messages.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, with advanced knowledge of Excel and financial databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align investor relations activities with broader corporate goals

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations plans to promote transparency and strengthen relationships with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, addressing inquiries, providing accurate and timely information, and managing relationships.
  • Prepare and distribute financial communications, including earnings releases, presentations, and annual reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure consistent and accurate messaging to the investment community.
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential impacts on the company’s investor relations strategy.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and presentation materials.
  • Conduct financial and industry research to support investor relations initiatives, including peer analysis, benchmarking, and investor targeting.
  • Maintain an up-to-date investor relations database, tracking shareholder positions, ownership changes, and analyst coverage.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments, disclosure requirements, and best practices in investor relations, recommending adjustments to the company’s policies and procedures as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s investor messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term strategy.
    We have a budget of $140,000 + Superannuation for this role.
