Elopak is looking for an Investor Relations Officer to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Treasury & Investor Relations in building the investment community’s interest and confidence in Elopak’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build strong connections with investors, analysts, and corporate access teams.
  • Manage Earnings Calls: Plan, coordinate, and manage quarterly earnings calls, including the preparation of press releases and results statements.
  • Organize Investor Meetings: Plan and participate in investor meetings and roadshows with the CEO and/or CFO.
  • Prepare Communication Materials: Prepare presentations and communication materials for investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Internal Collaboration: Foster broad internal relationships within Elopak HQ and across functions and Business Regions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Prepare and distribute press releases and stock exchange announcements in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Keep track of equity market developments, peers, consensus forecasts, and market-related trends.
  • Website Management: Oversee the investor relations section of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Contribute to Other Tasks: Support on other tasks within the Treasury and Investor Relations area as needed.
