Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As an Investor Services and Digital Sales Support Consultant, you will support our Salesforce customer relationship management system and suite of sales enablement tools to facilitate the business’ sales process and investor lifecycle with strong focus on driving efficiency, maximising sales results, and improving the client experience.
You will support the team in running the day-to-day management of the sales systems and tools which includes gathering and defining requirements, managing users and stakeholders, overseeing data quality, building out the existing reporting and analytics capabilities, structuring enhancements, and researching new applications and tools, including the use of AI.
In this role, requires you to be passionate and highly organised, with strong data governance and analytical skill set as you will think complexly and critically on how all enhancements impact downstream/upstream processes, data quality, user experience, and client experience.
The sales and investor lifecycle ecosystem is comprised of the following key systems/tools: Salesforce, InvestorFlow, Tableau, Anduin, Seismic, and Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities:

  • Salesforce and Investor Flow Enhancements:
  • Lead the evaluation, design, and recommendation of enhancements that drive efficiency for the sales process and investor lifecycle balancing all downstream/upstream impacts, data quality, and ensuring positive, improved client experience and user experience.
  • Proactively research Salesforce app partners and tools, including AI, that can be implemented to support and maximise the business’ sales and client retention efforts.
  • Manage the strategic long-term and near-term enhancement roadmap in a manner that effectively communicates to management and balances the priorities of the business and technology partners.
  • Ensure appropriate enhancement requirements are detailed in JIRA in a timely and organised manner and communicated clearly to technology partners.
  • Assist technology partners in UAT.
  • Administration:
  • Lead coordination of enhancements technology teams and users to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and work daily with technology and users to log, track, and resolve issues.
  • Provide day-to-day data updates across Salesforce and InvestorFlow portal to effectuate ongoing business needs (i.e., territory reassignments, new set ups/close outs/edits for products, organizations, contacts, investments, fundraises, portal pages, etc.).
  • Develop training materials and hold routine training sessions.
  • Manage user onboard and off board process, including license review, security and profile review and set up.
  • Data and Analytics:
  • Design and manage reporting and analytics for key stakeholders in a scalable manner that aids stakeholders in their day-to-day decision making and facilitates sales process.
  • Manage the current auditing capabilities and continue to build out in scalable manner to proactively identify data issues across the platforms.
  • Work with related parties to resolve data issues.
  • Manage native Salesforce reporting as needed.
  • Work effectively with technology partners, including tableau partners to track all issues and enhancements.
  • Critical business processes that drive the client experience, sales optimisation, and ensure data quality:
  • Manage connections and business process for retrieving investor marketing materials in timely, automated fashion with considerations for compliance approval and tracking.
  • Oversee and manage set up and lifecycle for all diligence and investor reporting rooms across Salesforce and InvestorFlow platforms.
  • Manage and execute the ongoing diligence room access process and routine monitoring and removal.
  • Oversee and build out integrations and connections with third-party market intel data sources, in-house AUM process, and CRM data from other institutional businesses to drive fuller understanding of client accounts and opportunities.
  • Oversee end to end investor communication process and understand various communication types and nuances across platforms and audiences being reached, including coordination of undeliverable emails after mailings and removal/inactivation of contacts.
