Medicine Hat College invites applications for casual Invigilators to work a variety of shifts from Monday through Saturday for the period of April 1 – April 30, 2025.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Coordinator, Scheduling and Transfer Services, the Invigilators’ (Teacher Aide I) primary area of responsibility is to supervise students during examinations. Duties includes invigilator services during examinations; monitoring of test candidates to make sure that all testing rules are followed appropriately before, during and after testing; and to assist with the safe-keeping of all candidate valuables for the duration of the exam.
