Responsibilities:
- Setting up the examination room according to specific requirements as well as ensuring that equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
- Administers the the delivery of the exams and documentation. Ensures that students have signed in and signed out.
- Handles students’ problems and refers to course instructors as required.
- Ensures that students comply with regulations with respect to exams. Responsible for reporting any behavior by students or others that do not comply with university regulations.
- Ensures that all mobile and web accessible electronic devices are left in the front of the class or auditorium and only the essentials are brought to their seat.
- Ensures that students are accompanied to the washroom.
- Alerts professor when students have a question.
- At the end of the examination, collects all exam materials and ensures nothing is left behind in the examination room period.
- Organizes exam into an alphabetical organization and ensure that all the exams are in hand.
- Responsible for reporting back to the professor and ensure safe delivery of the exam booklet and scantrons
