WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in business administration, data management, or related field in management/economics

  • Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status

  • Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team, any other European language is an advantage
  • You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills
  • You have an analytical and critical mindset, with strong problem solving skills
  • Precision, attention to detail and an excellent quality focus are essential for this position
  • Ability to collaborate in an international environment

  • Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office, (office presence required 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)

You will be in charge of the following aspects of invoice management:

  • Data entry of invoices
  • Processing and analysis of invoices
  • Carry out invoice audits in excel or with internal Schneider Electric tools
  • Updating reports
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
