Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler
- Position Title: Invoice Billing Clerk
- Working Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Sat, 830am - 530pm; Alternative Saturday)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients accurately and promptly
- Collect and process orders from call-in customers, ensuring order details are accurately recorded and communicated
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on short credit term customer.
- Assist with reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and update customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and orders.
