Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler
  • Position Title: Invoice Billing Clerk
  • Working Location: Pasir Panjang
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Sat, 830am - 530pm; Alternative Saturday)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + OT + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients accurately and promptly
  • Collect and process orders from call-in customers, ensuring order details are accurately recorded and communicated
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on short credit term customer.
  • Assist with reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and update customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth billing processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing and orders.
