Reporting to the Operations Accounting Analyst, the Invoice Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating invoices between bird related companies and districts and ensuring invoices are processed accurately in a timely manner.
This position is based in the Winnipeg office.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Invoice coordination between Finance and Operations.
  • Review, Code and forward invoices for processing.
  • Generate various reports to ensure invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare various month end reports in Excel.
  • Perform Accounts payable administrative tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree or Diploma in Business, Accounting or a combination of equivalent skills and experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Viewpoint Vista/Tc1, OnBase, and/or Prophix is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented and a team player
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
