KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within finance or payroll invoicing administration however training will be provided. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail and be able to organise a diverse workload and work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should also have good communication skills and intermediate expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:
- To invoice the Orion Group’s cost incurred from weekly and monthly payroll using Navision software.
- Send invoices to clients under clients invoicing procedures.
- Receive and deal with invoice queries direct from clients.
- Receive and deal with internal group queries, accounts and credit control department.
