Invoicing Clearing Administrator with French
Michelin is hiring!


This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level);
  • Customer Service or Invoicing experience would be a plus;
  • Problem solving skills and ability to deal with numbers;

What will you do?
You would be responsible for the invoicing part of the Michelin ONCall Breakdown service offer: Payment of service providers and invoicing of customers on a European perimeter.
The main parts of the activity.

  1. Service provider invoice (P2P)
  • Process invoices in DART according to the operating mode.
  • Save the invoice in the internal tool according to the operating mode
  • For incorrect invoices, ask for credits according to the operating mode
  • In the event of an anomaly, the information is corrected in the weekly file tab.
  1. Customer invoice
  • Save the invoice in the internal tool according to the operating mode, the the prices and the service provided.
  • The requests for derogation from the European prices are traced.
  • Ensure the relationship with the country contacts in the geographical area:
  • Update the list of service providers and customers tariffs by asking country partners if necessary Inform the country partners on recurring malfunctions (non-compliance with rates or billing deadlines by providers, updating databases, etc.)
  • Inform / Respond to questions relating to the organization / operation of Clearing
