Position: Invoicing Specialist
In office - Memphis, TN
Job Description: In the role of Invoicing Specialist at Southern, you will be reviewing and submitting invoices at all stages of the invoicing process and submitting Certificate of Completions (COC’s) to the insurance companies. You will directly assist the Claims Director and Assignment Coordinator/Invoicing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to comfortably commute to corporate office in Memphis, TN.
• High attention to detail.
• Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Background in Insurance and Invoicing, and/or residential/commercial roofing.
• Well-versed in Excel, 5+ years.

• Provide the highest level of service possible to each customer, and salespeople as needed throughout the supplement process
• Maintain regular and consistent, professional communication and updates with all customers and/or salespeople as needed
• Proof Certificate of Completions prior to sending to Insurance Carrier.
• Attention to detail before documents are submitted to Insurance Carrier.
• Submit final invoices to Insurance Carrier for Southern Roofing and Renovations.
• Provide Invoicing Reports, and other related reports, to management for review.
• Maintaining accurate records for all supplements, according to direction provided
• Prepare data for pay requests and submit it in a timely fashion as directed
• Oversee and manage the workflow with Project Coordination, Sales, and production for all assigned supplements
• Attend required company and Sales Department meetings and training
• Adhere to all company standards, including all company policies and standard operating procedures
• Use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools
