SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified university in a related discipline and 2 years’ post-related experience (exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by a demonstration of the candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 6 years’ extensive and progressive expertise in the duties related to the function of the post);
• Experience as a Test Engineer in interoperability events;
• Experience in testing and configuring commercial standards such as BGP, IPSec, PCN, QoS, SIP, RTP, DNS and PKI.

• Participating in interoperability testing events as a Network Engineer and performing lead planning and execution of Communications Test events;
• Participating in Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation (CIAV) Working Groups for the different initiatives such as FMN, NRF or ARF;
• Coordinating, planning, scheduling, executing, and reporting on interoperability V&V activities, estimating the resources and financial requirements.
