Join WTE and the iOS Robotics Team and take on the mission of making iOS the best Robotics development platform. Our team delivered the DockKit Framework for Motorized Camera stands recently, and we are looking to expand the team in the intersection of Robotics Accessories, Algorithms, consumer products and experiences. You will be joining a team with a history of impactful products, so if you like to ship, we want to work with you.
DESCRIPTION
As a Robotics SW Engineer, you will drive and own outstanding robotics algorithm SW from prototype to deployment. In this role you will have an impact on the current state of the art in Robotics in taking the algorithms from initial concept to highly reliable software solutions.
- 4+ years of experience(including PhD) in Broad Robotics Algorithms spanning from Perception to Control to Planning
- Expert understanding of motor control techniques (MPC, Optimal, adaptive)
- Deep understanding of Perception in the context of Robotics
- Hands on experience in coding algorithms in C/C++ and Python with computational constraints
- Hands on experience in training Machine Learning Models
- Experience in handling real world deployment issues of robotics by adjusting tuning, algorithms and approach for best results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in Broad Robotics Algorithms spanning from Perception to Control to Planning
- Expert understanding of motor control techniques (MPC, Optimal, adaptive )
- Deep understanding of Perception in the context of Robotics
- Hands on experience in coding algorithms in C/C++ and Python with computational constraints
- Hands on experience in training Machine Learning Models
- Experience in handling real world deployment issues of robotics by adjusting tuning, algorithms and approach for best results
