Responsibilities:
- You give support to our Attorneys and other departments in preparing, creating and maintaining documents that are relevant to perform their activities.
- You will take care of the general administration, including but not limited to renewals, domain names, searches and watches.
- You will manage correspondence with authorities and agents regarding those procedures.
- You will check and verify databases and official documents to ascertain the accuracy of information.
- You will invoice on a regular base, according to internal guidelines and timelines.
- You will work according to deadlines.
