IP LAN Technical Lead

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Engineering and Delivery of IP LAN (Gi/Service LAN) network, OpCo Data Centres and Office IT network capabilities that support reliable and secure hosted and collaborative services across the whole Vodafone Network in Europe with focus on the countries of the respective cluster.
Optimisation technical activities within IPED, identify and propose best practices recommandations for the in scope platforms and support for integration of new services and teams on IPED area.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• Good knowledge of the IP network systems technology specific to the Fix and Mobile Data Commutation area
• Good understanding of the Hw/Sw systems lifecycle, design, development, testing and acceptance, implementation, optimization of the performances and troubleshooting
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP technologies and protocols
• Ability to work in a virtual team and with multinational clients

MUST HAVE TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineering graduate in telecoms, IT or similar
• General technical knowledge in telecoms and IT
• Project management experience
• Operational experience
