Description:

Finch & Maloney PLLC located in Manchester, NH seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal with 5 years of relevant filing and prosecution experience. Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Duties include-

  • Provide paralegal assistance to attorneys including preparing and filing patent and trademark documents with USPTO, preparing client correspondence, and template documents.
  • Experience with USPTO, PATENTCENTER, WIPO, EPCT and related programs such as cpi, word and adobe
  • Maintain and review supported attorneys’ dockets and communicate docket updates to docketing
  • Obtain files, publications, and documents as needed for supported attorneys
  • Maintain electronic client files per Firm/Client policy; and sort and file documents as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date client and Firm information in: attorney/client databases, client contact instructions, client and associate correspondence instructions, etc.
  • Proven self-starter who is able to work well as a team member in providing clients quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Approach newly assigned tasks thoughtfully and with seasoned acumen
