We’re looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our school and play a crucial role in our daily operations. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with basic office procedures and equipment. Strong computer skills are a must.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcomes: Greet visitors with a smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Efficient Communication: Handle phone calls with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate team members or relaying messages promptly.
  • Office Management: Keep our front desk area and reception clean and organized, maintain the filing system, and handle basic office tasks like filing, copying, and scanning.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding agency records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Mail and Supplies: Manage incoming mail, organize files and supply closets, and ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
  • Team Support: Assist with marketing efforts, spreadsheets, and attend staff meetings, among other office duties.
