Description:
The Vacancy
We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented ISO Project Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and discovery phase of our ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certification journey and creating an actionable implementation plan to achieve the certification standard. This is a fixed-term position for 9 months, ideal for someone with proven expertise in managing compliance projects and a strong grasp of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the planning/discovery phase for achieving ISO 27001 certification.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess current practices and identify gaps against ISO 27001 standards.
- Develop a comprehensive and practical implementation plan to achieve certification.
- Manage the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework within Megger to align with ISO 27001 requirements.
- Provide insights into ISO 42001, leveraging experience with the standard (if applicable).
- Maintain a clear timeline and communicate progress to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing ISO 27001 certification projects or similar information security/compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles within an organization.
- Experience with ISO 42001 (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
