JOB SUMMARY

The HCM Sales Consultant is responsible for all aspects of outbound prospecting, building, and maintaining trusted advisor relationships, field and digital marketing events, inbound lead qualification, sales discovery meetings, sales demos, proposal creation, winning new clients, conducting the handoff to implementation, and upselling clients on isolved products for their first 12 months on our service.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle sales activities such as outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, running/attending events, top-of-funnel telemarketing, email marketing, sales discovery meetings, demos, proposal meetings, and closing new business. Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships.
  • Manage assigned client relationships to ensure the PNI•HCM technology/service adoption and revenue expansion through upselling and referrals to other divisions, such as Retirement Solutions, HR Advisor, and the Partner Marketplace.
  • Solicit referrals from clients and trusted advisors (CPAs, bankers, insurance brokers, etc.) by nurturing and investing in relationships.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding quota targets.
  • Administrative ownership of the activities, contacts, companies, deals, and sequences in HubSpot CRM Sales Hub.
  • Liaise with the marketing team on requests for marketing collateral, prospecting lists, and other needs for events or updates in HubSpot.
  • Other duties as assigned.
