Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join the IT team in our Taunton office on a 6 month fixed term contract. In addition to Taunton, you’ll be supporting our offices in Bristol, Weston-super-Mare, Yeovil and Weymouth. Working as part of the helpdesk team you’ll be the first point of contact for employees needing IT support.

Within this role you will be:

  • Responding to the helpdesk phone and email queries, logging jobs on to the system and resolving where possible or referring to an appropriate team member
  • Working to a service level agreement
  • Establishing great relationships with AG colleagues
  • PC and laptop maintenance
  • Supporting the role out of new software applications
