Description:
The IT Accounting Analyst is a key component of Casey’s Accounting and Finance IT Department. Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions to meet business requirements. The Analyst will gather and document user needs, conduct system analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, such as business users, developers, and product teams, to ensure the successful delivery of IT Accounting initiatives that align with Casey’s strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of financial business systems analysis and support.
- Prior working experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with competing deadlines and frequent interruptions.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with Oracle Financials updates

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Oracle Financials subledgers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor production and incident management to maintain high availability and performance.
- Ensure change management governance adheres to established standards.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively within the ERP Systems team and Accounting.
- Participate in monthly close processes and audits, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates who are able to work onsite at Casey’s Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA 3 days per week strongly desired. Will consider remote candidates within Casey’s 17 state footprint if they meet all requirements.
