PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of IT security practices and experience implementing security measures.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructures like AWS and Google.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian toolchain, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and experience with network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Munich Electrification is seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Admin/Engineer to join our growing team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of IT. The selected candidate will work closely with our IT to assist in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, and contributing to various IT-related projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity and performance problems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Set up and configure laptops and desktops for new employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems reported by end-users.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications.
  • Manage user accounts and access controls.
  • Document and update IT procedures and user guides.
  • Assist with maintaining IT inventory and asset management.
  • Implement and support IT policies and procedures.
