IT Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Handle initial IT support requests and guide staff to proper support provider.
  • Facilitate and assist with ongoing support tickets.
  • Collaborate with outsourced IT support provider.
  • Prepare PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile for remote IT provisioning.
  • Ongoing maintenance of provisioning templates for staff IT profiles.
  • User password maintenance.
  • Maintain vehicle trackers and related accounts.
  • Maintain equipment trackers and related accounts.
  • Monitor geofence/lost exceptions.
  • Assist with re-orders of consumables. This involves all printer issues and support tickets
  • Register equipment and track Inventory allocations.
  • Reset and clean returned equipment.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheet.
  • Track returns, warranty repairs, and replacements.
  • Ongoing maintenance of all NVRs and cameras.
  • Tracking of CCTV App deployment. Collaborate with CCTV support provider.
  • Collaborate with overnight surveillance provider.
  • Log IT orders/invoices/notes for CC statement reconciliation and assignment to GLs

Job requirements

  • Intermediate office administration and organizational skills
  • Advanced Office365 knowledge
  • Advanced Adobe Forms
  • Intermediate Microsoft SharePoint
  • Intermediate PC/MS Windows skills
  • Intermediate skills with task-based work allocation apps (Trello, MS Planner, Monday, etc.)
  • Bilingual (English C,C,C French C,C,C)
