THE ROLE

We are looking for a forward-thinking IT Administrator to lead Blexr’s Internal IT Function, a vital function in the business focused on handling the upkeep, configuration and operation of Blexr’s IT systems. You will play an important role in building and supporting our Internal IT systems, networks and applications to ensure smooth operation.
Being a remote-first company, you will provide essential support to our employees across multiple locations, proactively troubleshooting technical issues and working closely with wider business areas in a solution-focused manner.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, manage & maintain Blexr’s internal IT infrastructure, including end-user devices, cloud servers, networks and software applications.
• Triage & take ownership of IT tickets providing 1st to 3rd-line technical support to our end users.
• Create, maintain and update asset documentation with additions, decommissions and updates to ensure that the scope of support for our users is understood, accurate and kept up to date.
• Monitor and identify issues, owning through to resolution while working with our wider TechOps team when required.
• When necessary, undertake software or operating systems installations and upgrades.
• Monitor and administrate our licenses and subscriptions.
• Assist in planning and implementing IT projects to meet organizational needs.
• Liaise with our software & hardware partners with our People & Talent team to facilitate Onboarding & Offboarding requirements.
