YOUR MISSION

• Du bist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Betrieb der ERP-System-Anwendung (eGecko) in der BeWunder-Umgebung in allen unseren Niederlassungen in Europa und im Nahen Osten.
• Du analysierst kontinuierlich bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und identifizierst Potenziale innerhalb des ERP-Systems (eGecko).
• Du entwickelst das ERP-System weiter und optimierst es bereichsübergreifend in Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Usern.
• Du führst Diagnose bei IT-Problemen durch und hilfst bei der Lösung von Netzwerk- und Systemproblemen.
• Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner und Sparringspartner für den Kollegen im Buchhaltung-Bereich für eGecko-Benutzerunterstützung und betreust, schulst und unterstützt unsere Anwender.
