Description:
IHRE AUFGABEN:
- Pflege, Wartung und Erweiterung einer heterogenen IT-Landschaft (Server, Workstations, Drucker, Netzwerk, …)
- Pflege der Dokumentation sämtlicher Systeme und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Betreuung der Virtualisierungssysteme KVM, Proxmox VE
- Zusammenstellung von Softwarepaketen für firmeninterne Updates (OPSI/Baramundi), sowie die Planung und Durchführung der Updates
- Durchführung und Überwachung der Backups, sowie Test + Wiederherstellung
- Betreuung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter in IT-relevanten Fragen
- Betreuung der Telefon-, Alarm-, Brandmelde- und Schließanlage
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Beschaffung von Hard- und Software
