Description:
- Supervise and Control servers, workstations, and Network equipment’s.
- Install, configure and uphold operating systems, software programs and Hardware.
- Carry out regular system updates, backups and patches to ensure system dependability and security.
- Manage User accounts, authorizations, and access controls according to the company policies.
- Offer Comprehensive technical assistance to end - users, dealing with hardware, software and network problems.
- Diagnose and fix problems related to Windows and Mac OS operating systems, applications and connections.
- Deploy and oversee security solutions such as Firewalls and Anti - Virus software.
- Responsible for overseeing IPPBX, DVR, and Biometric Devices.
- Proficient in PABX and CCTV systems.
- Advanced understanding of user support, Desktops, Laptops, Printer, PABX systems, Wireless routers and NAS.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
