Your Opportunity:
X-rays, Ultrasounds, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine, and CT scans. This is your chance to join the world of Radiology Procedures and see what’s inside Connect Care! As an IT Analyst II on the Radiology Technical Support Team, you will be supporting the Connect Care module Radiant along with multiple Radiology applications such as Astraia and NMIS. You will be balancing operational support and optimization obligations for our launched sites and users. This role will provide the opportunity to learn all aspects of Radiology workflow instead of specializing in a single area. Ownership of incidents and optimization requests related to ordering, protocolling, scheduling, performing, documenting, and resulting Radiology procedures is expected. Creating team-facing support documentation is also required. This is a full time permanent provincial position, which has an option to work remotely, and will give you the Epic accreditation and Connect Care experience you need to further your Radiology IT career.
Description:
As an IT Analyst II, you will provide technical support related to information technology applications either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. You will ensure reliable operations of information systems, resolve complex technical problems, find solutions to customer needs, and lead projects and program initiatives. You will be responsible for more advanced application, telecom or technology support duties. You will investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex problems that have typically been escalated several levels before assignment to this position, and will translate business requirements into technical requirements for a solution and recommend a potential approach to the vendor. You will analyse the solution provided to ensure that it fits both technical requirements and business needs. You will also spend time on project or initiative leadership and delivery.
