Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1-2 days in the office/month)
As an IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in innovative online banking solutions. You will be part of a dynamic IT team responsible for projects centered around an ECM (Enterprise Content Management) system, which serves as the bank’s primary repository for electronic documentation. The projects are executed in an Agile environment, following best practices and high standards of quality. The work is predominantly remote, with occasional team meetings in a modern office in Warsaw (1-2 times a month).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: DEFINE AND REFINE REQUIREMENTS WITH BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS

• Analyze and create functional documentation in Confluence
• Manage the project backlog, creating and prioritizing tasks in JIRA
• Organize and lead Scrum meetings (daily, refinement, review)
• Prepare test scenarios, test solutions, and coordinate UAT testing
• Collaborate with the project team (Architect, PM, Developer, Product Owner)
• Communicate effectively with internal users, developers, and IT teams
• Prepare, define, and modify business processes using BPMN
• Coordinate data migration tasks and ensure proper data structure definition
• Maintain system specifications using UML notation

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst in IT projects (preferably in the banking/financial sector)
• Experience in defining and systematizing business requirements
• Strong communication skills with internal users and development teams
• Proficiency in defining and modifying business processes with BPMN
• Knowledge of preparing functional IT system specifications using UML
• Familiarity with system integration methods (REST/SOAP/other)
• Experience in managing data migration and defining data structures
• Knowledge of UX/UI, wireframing, and prototyping
• English proficiency sufficient for communication and technical documentation
• Higher education
