Responsibilities:

  • Application Support : Partner with users to deliver proactive and responsive support, addressing their needs with empathy and efficiency. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining high service quality and user satisfaction.
  • Development & Enhancement : Collaborate with business stakeholders, special key users, and business process owners to understand their requirements and develop solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of our global application, directly impacting our business success.
  • Application Maintenance : Take pride in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our application by regularly reviewing code, implementing improvements, and ensuring the system remains robust and user-friendly ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Process Understanding : Gain a deep understanding of procurement workflows to develop and implement solutions that drive meaningful change.
  • Collaboration & Integration : Work closely with special key users, business process owners, system owners, and technical teams to ensure seamless technical integration, thorough testing, and effective user training. Your teamwork and communication skills will be essential.
  • Continuous Improvement : Actively seek and implement process improvements, applying best practices to enhance technical solutions and foster innovation.
