IT Analyst

We’re looking for a proactive IT Analyst to join the team at Portakabin. You will develop and maintain internal relationships across the business in order to drive service excellence. You’ll support team members and management in the delivery of IT hardware and software while monitoring service delivery levels.

ROLE DETAILS

• Salary: £30,000-£33,000
• Role based: York
• Contract type: Permanent
• Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for accurately reporting the status of all IT hardware and software.
• Mange the device lifecycle process from procurement through to delivery utilising our preferred supplier framework.
• Assist the management and resolution of 2nd line application and hardware incidents and service requests.
• Support the evaluation, testing and delivery of new applications into the business, ensuring they meet the business requirements, and fit into the IT environment.
• Support the department with procurement of hardware and software using business tools such as SAP.
• Support with business line applications such as CRM and Sharepoint as required.
