Emagine is looking for a IT Analyst for a project within Information Security Risk Reduction to one of our banking clients.
Start date: ASAP
End date: 2025-06-30
Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TASK TO BE CARRIED OUT

• Identity and access management tasks support to identify and structure access group ownership, access role ownership
• Have good understanding of technology risks such as vulnerabilities, cyber threats and ICT-related incidents
• Overview of the application portfolio of projects and support with organizing the tasks, aligning tasks under each project, and providing status reports
• Oversight and trend analysis of all risks logged in relation to projects with possibility to report on these findings in meeting, forum, or committee
• Presentations for AWM senior management on status of work in projects
• Reporting on overall progress on the deliverables in projects, coordinating with project leads on deliverables planned for our unit, coordinating with team members to ensure proper allocation of work and understanding of deliverables
• Meeting support and collaboration on engagement with stakeholders, including setting the agenda, preparing meeting minutes, preparing communication materials, scheduling meetings, coordinating participation, identifying participants
• Facilitating meetings for follow up on actions/outstanding items from stakeholders in business & tech

DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Information/cyber security risk, 2-3 years of experience
