Using your diverse range of skills within the team, you will:

• Install and maintain the corporate infrastructure across our global platform.
• Provide vital technical support to colleagues and our partners.
• Install corporate IT systems overseas.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for break fix repairs.
• Assist with managing the IT hardware lifecycle.
• Maintain asset registers and product catalogues.
• Review systems and apply upgrades.

Things you need to know

NATIONALITY REQUIREMENTS

Open to UK nationals only.

To apply for this role, you will already have:

• Experience troubleshooting IT issues; either in a work environment or in your own time.
• A basic understanding of supporting Windows desktops.
• The ability to setup a computer workstation
