Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of IT & PMO, this IT Application Analyst position partners with Supply Chain Management Directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The SCM Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position is hands- on and requires strong knowledge of Lawson’s Supply Chain Management Module and will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The SCM Analyst also supports Lawson upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Five years of SCM IT Analyst or SCM specialist experience required.
  • Three years of project management experience required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Lawson SCM system implementation experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Strong knowledge of Lawson’s Supply Chain Management Module including Requisitions, Punch Out, Purchase Order, Procurement Card Services, Invoice Matching, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Vendor Self Services, Supply Order Management, EDI Management, Mobile Supply Management – Par Cycles, Receiving and Delivery Point of Use, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, Distribution Management, Process Flow Setup, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including smart notifications and frame work), Lawson Security Administration and Lawson Add-ins required.
  • Strong knowledge of integrating Lawson’s Supply Chain Management Module with Lawson Enterprise Financial Modules, Enterprise Asset Management Module and Lawson Clinical Bridges required.
  • Experience integrating Lawson with EPIC/Meditech Clinical Systems required.
  • Knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors a plus.
  • Hands-On experience in Data Conversion Techniques and Methodologies required.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Broadlink GPO, Omnicell/Pyxis Supply Dispensing, Axway EDI App, and On-Base Document Management System preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $67,392.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
