Your Tasks

• You manage and and develop the existent Salesforce implementation according to new business requirements and data/process integration needs
• You implement and manage additional commercial SW Applications required in all business functions of our company
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for an optimized configuration and setup of SW Applications
• You perform application configuration and regression testing to ensure high-quality and reliable applications
• You support end-users by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and offering timely resolutions
• You collaborate with SW application vendors and external service providers to ensure best possible user experience
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential for application within our organization
• You support in RfPs and evaluation processes for new SW applications
• You conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to enhance the performance and functionality of existing SW applications
• You lead IT projects aimed at fulfilling our internal customer´s needs
• You align with other IT and business roles such as Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance and Business Building Office on prerequisites and boundary conditions for projects

Your Profile

• You are graduated in business informatics or comparable studies
• You have strong experience in generic IT Application Management
• You are familiar with SW Application Mangement methodologies and best practices
• You are an excellent problem-solver and have strong analytical abilities
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• You have the sociability and ability to work in a team, a confident and friendly demeanor, flexibility as well as strong commitment and willingness to perform
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
