POSITION OVERVIEW:

We provide End to End Production Services for the Daily Baking, Payments and Risk&Credits Tribes, with as main activities :
E2E L2 support of Go-live, service availability and on-call 24/7 L2
E2E L3 support of Technology expertise and on-call 24/7 L3
In order to provide a reliable IT service for our employees and customers we are the guardian of the operational quality of our IT systems

We provide an efficient, high quality first and 2nd line support for all IT-solutions

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Application Production Support (APS) squad handles business and technical applications within its domains, providing 2nd line support for Daily Banking, Payments, and Risk & Credits. They manage new business releases and IT operational support in QA and Production environments, primarily in Brussels, with international collaboration.
We are seeking an APS Engineer to oversee the Run & Deployment of Payments applications, particularly the Money Transfer System (MTS). The candidate should have multi-platform knowledge (Linux, Mainframe) and strong coordination and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fix incidents in QA and Production, supporting the Payments Tribe.
Ensure timely and effective deployment of applications.
Prepare detailed runbooks, identifying stakeholders and actions.
Analyze technical dependencies between components.
Update the Current State Architecture document and create support documentation.
