LEADERSHIP SKILLS

  • Work closely with business and vendor stakeholders to implement the system.
  • Appropriately manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budgetary parameters
  • Identify impacts across teams and coordinate across senior levels to manage dependencies and potentially competing priorities.
  • Ability to understand user needs and make pro-active suggestions and changes
  • Ability to troubleshoot, provide basic support, and train users
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in working with a Project Portfolio Management Software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience as a PPM admin (i.e., PlanView, Clarity, Monday)
  • Experience working with customers from varied cultures and countries.
  • Experience in Biotech or regulated industries a plus
  • Experience in integrating with Salesforce and Microsoft D365 ERP is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes to existing configured screens or fields. Add configured screens/fields.
  • Manage PPM configurations according to customer needs.
  • Gather requirements, analyze, and make recommendations for product updates to current vision.
  • Assist in creation/revision/execution of test plans, functional testing, or application testing during rollout.
  • Create and help maintain reporting for PM’s and management.
  • Create and monitor integration with external applications.
  • Manage permissions, end users and integration users according to JSOX requirements.
  • Assist with issue resolution and post-implementation support.
  • Responsible for creating/maintaining system documentation and best practices.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
