DESIGNATION : IT Application Support Associate Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of experience in IT Application Support/ relevant field
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating system
• Hands-on experience with deyployment in production environment
• Proficient in SQL Query (Join, Index, etc)
• Deep understanding of the concept of REST API concept (JSON, XML)
• Experience in Cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure, etc) troubleshoot and migration, network domain & infrastructure

Lead squad group and ensure team members execute performance plans according to the plan
Conduct regular mentoring/coaching and manage training and development team members.
Lead incident & problem resolution
Lead & enable automation prosess on each product
Ensure team members understand customer needs and deliver the expected outcomes.
Ensure team program that supports the organization’s business strategy are executed by squad team.
Monitor and report on progress towards achievement of plans and strategies.
Faster a customer-focused working environment with clear responsibilities and expectations for team members.
Reviewing deployment strategy.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients
Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other team in the organization
