WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

  • Degree in Information Studies, Business Studies in combination with IT or relevant practical expertise
  • Proven understanding of IT software landscapes.
  • Fast learning attitude
  • Able to understand complex IT topics
  • Understanding of collaboration tools like Jira
  • Knowledge of English, German is an advantage
  • Knowledge of XML is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure application functions and processes (e.g. workflows, wizards, reports)
  • Collaborate with business users and vendors
  • Create and maintain interfaces for integration with TUV core platforms (SAP, Microsoft)
  • 2nd Level Support, analyse and coordinate fixing of bugs / unexpected behaviour
  • Support for training and end user tests
  • Document deliverables
