Position Summary:
Main duties
- General clerical duties including meeting management and filing student assignments.
- Monitor multiple mailboxes and reply to inquiries
- Assist in database management, updating and cross-referencing raw data: admissions database, alumni database, outreach database, info session registration lists, personal information form lists
- Monitor social media accounts
- Prepare communications for information sessions
- Prepare online module evaluations and distribute to students; prepare reports of results
- Assist with myCourses (student list, add documents)
- Assist with promotion of new and events to alumni and wider audience
- Gather testimonials
- Assist in compiling Capstone certificates and Attestations of completion
- Prepare class materials (photo cropping, mail merge, word documents, PowerPoint documents, printing materials)
- Assist with events (registration, bookings/catering, room set up and tear down, welcome guests, printing/wayfinding)
Responsibilities are not solely limited to the above listed and you may be asked to assist in other tasks on various occasions.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva
- Ability to multi-task, work efficiently, enjoy having a diversity of tasks to accomplish, and be detail-oriented
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience:
High school diploma with one year of relevant experience in the field of work.
