IT Audit Manager

We are offering a contract opportunity for an IT Audit Manager in Plano, Texas. This role is primarily within the IT Software industry, the selected candidate will contribute to the evaluation of complex system implementations, upgrades, and data migrations. The IT Audit Manager will be part of a team that supports remote work.

• Lead and perform risk evaluations for system implementations, upgrades, and data migrations.
• Identify IT general controls and application controls within the software systems.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of migrated system data.
• Utilize data analytics and analytical tools for audit processes.
• Proficient use of CaseWare IDEA data analysis software is expected.
• Monitor and manage subscription business and related systems.
• IT audits covering multiple technical areas: data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, mobile technology, application infrastructure, etc.
• Perform pre and post- implementation reviews of system implementations and enhancements.
• Perform various reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity planning/disaster recovery, and information security to ensure that controls surrounding these processes are adequate
• Regularly update and maintain audit plans and audit reports.
• Employ Data Mining Techniques and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient data analysis.
• Leverage skills in CobiT, CRM, Hyperion Technologies, and Auditing to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and monitor IT controls and application controls.
  Must have a strong background in IT Software industry.
  Proven experience in the role of IT Audit Manager or similar.
  Proficient in CobiT, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
  CISA or CRISC certification required, CIA, CPA certifications a plus
  Big 4 or relevant consulting experience a plus
  Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills: ability to present clearly and articulate complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
  Comprehensive understanding of internal control environments within the IT Function
  Experience in creating Audit Plans
  Skilled in Internal Control Review
  Understanding of Internal Control
  Strong Documentation skills
  Knowledge of Workday ERP
  Familiarity with Salesforce Platform
  Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  Knowledge of Audit Program
  Experience with CaseWare
  Understanding of CobiT
  Experience in System Implementation
