SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking applications domain
• Strong understanding of banking industry and regulations
• Experience in large scale banking applications such as Core Banking, Payment Systems, and Trade Finance
• Experience in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional requirements
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
• Create and maintain project documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and test cases
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Provide support to end-users during UAT and post-implementation
