Description:
Responsibilities
- Drive User Story creation by working with the customer which includes DoD and prioritisation
- Own product backlog together with product/project manager from customer side
- Monitor user story to ensure developers update the required fields like estimation effort, actual effort etc
- Conduct Product Backlog / Program Increment Session with customer and team
- Conduct Sprint Backlog session and Sprint retrospective with customer and team
- Take on project management and team management
- Conduct Agile workshops to coach customer on what agile is and how it is run
- Work with developers to create and own tests case
- Picking up knowledge of the given project in order to be SME for future
- Becoming Agile coach and practitioner representing Deeeplabs to client
- May be involved in pre-sales
About You
- Must have done at least 3 Agile projects
- Able to articulate how agile projects are carried out
- Able to point out risks in agile projects and how mitigation should happen
- Added advantage if had been involved in Data Analytics and/or Generative Ai projects running Agile
- Able to communicate confidently to customer C level
- Know how to use Azure Board or Jira
- Added advantage if certified in Agile / Scrum.
- Able to do coaching and have a passion for coaching
- Added advantage if you have a technical background and experience with Azure or AWS
