MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Expertise in the general insurance domain, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and end-to-end business transformation.
• Extensive experience documenting business requirements, with a preference for business over technical requirements.Proven experience as a lead Business Analyst on previous projects.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 6-9 years as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry, focusing on digital platforms and business transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects related to policy management, claims processing, underwriting, or sales within the insurance sector.
• Skilled in collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop effective solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of policy management systems, their functionalities, and integration with other systems (e.g., billing, claims, customer relationship management).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Experience in a lead or senior Business Analyst role is highly desirable.
• Experience working across multiple markets, particularly in Asian markets, is an advantage.Project management experience is a plus.
