The opportunity By joining the Business Consulting team as an intern, you will have the chance to contribute to solving a range of tasks for our clients—from adapting to the ever-changing market demands to supporting cost reductions and the implementation of ERP systems. Your key responsibilities As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you will collaborate with our clients to understand their business objectives and work alongside functional teams to devise solutions that meet these goals. You will have the opportunity to build valuable relationships through demonstrating exceptional delivery. Additionally, you will support our efforts to grow and win new business by contributing to proposals and client presentations. You will draw on your academic skills and experiences, creating innovative insights for clients looking to develop their change agenda to deliver value and improve their operations.

To qualify for the internship you must have

• A strong academic record, currently pursuing a degree, preferably in a business-related area
• An interest in the Financial Services industry
• The ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A willingness to learn about business development, client relationship management, and proposal support

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Exposure to gathering and defining business and solution requirements
• Familiarity with systems and procedures, process design and modeling
• An understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Interest in conducting workshops and interviews
• Curiosity about Stakeholder Management and collaborative work with Development and Testing teams
