Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage requirements, trainings and meetings with users.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Ensure that proposed IT solutions align with business goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within the budget.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the Applications team and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design IT solutions that meet business requirements, considering factors such as usability, scalability, and security.
  • Identify potential risks and issues associated with IT projects or solutions, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of IT solutions, processes, and systems, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure to implement and maintain the global standards and definitions in the region.
  • Work with infrastructure run services to implement managed services for help-desk, site support and network support in the region.
  • Work with global CoCs to support global projects and to ensure proper communication and visibility to the region.
