Description:
For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst (m/f/d).
BACKGROUND
You will work as a BA in an ongoing IT driven program focusing on the analysis of service management processes. What incident patterns exist, how should these be addressed (analytics), and how should knowledge for resolution be distributed (knowledge management).
The perfect candidate has minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry and has excellent Service Management knowledge. Additionally we are looking for someone who speaks fluent in English and German and brings proven experience in pharma manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with stakeholders to capture and understand business requirements
- Ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives
- Collaborating with IT teams to design solutions that meet business needs
- Validating solutions through testing to ensure they meet requirements
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Managing stakeholder expectations and keeping all parties informed of project progress
- Preparing detailed documentation, including business requirements and process maps
- Creating and presenting reports to stakeholders with insights and recommendations
- Developing process models to document current workflows
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency
- Reviewing and evaluating ServiceNow incidents (INC)
- Establishing a knowledge management process to leverage insights from INC evaluations
